Recommended Daily Dosage:  Gently massage ¼ to ½ teaspoonful into the soft parts of the body, including the belly, breasts, inner thigh and under the upper arm. Rotate area of application daily for maximum benefit. For best results apply to clean skin. For menopausal and non-menstruating women: apply cream as directed above for a maximum of 21 consecutive days per month. Resume use as needed after 7 days of non-application. For menstruating (ovulating) women:  apply Equigest Cream as directed above two weeks prior to the onset of your menses. Discontinue use during your period, individual needs may vary.
